This probably indicates that the system was still equilibrating. Notice that the second and third (or fourth) readings appear to be consistent, which probably indicates that equilibrium had been reached. So...which of the recorded absorbance readings will you use for your data analysis?

The aqueous phase was still a little bit cloudy, but it was clearly better than it had been during the lab session on Tuesday.
