Unformatted text preview: the selection of places to eat. Being a freshman, I do not have a kitchen in my dorm room. Therefore, everything I eat must be from the two cafeterias or prepared in a microwave. This creates many obstacles for vegetarians trying to stay true to their diet. Some of the items the new café would consist of are: seasonal fruits, fresh vegetables, and whole grains. With the new “all-natural-café” it will be simple for students to grab a healthy meal rather than a greasy six hundred calorie hamburger. This will solve all of their problems. There will be no more worrying about having money or time to spend at natural food stores because students would have the convenience of healthy and tasty vegetarian meals and snacks right on campus!
