An enterprise resource planning system (ERP) "integrates the planning management and all of an organization's resources" (Rainer & Turban, 2009, p. 237, Para. 1). The business processes that are supported by using an ERP are: 1. Financial and accounting which includes "general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management and forecasting, product-cost accounting, cost- center accounting, asset accounting, tax accounting, credit management, financial reporting" (Rainer & Turban, 2009, p. 239, Para. 1). 2.
