Thousands of strikers march against reform in France They oppose to delaying retirement age Paris. - Demonstrations convened by French labor unions against the pension system reform gathered today until first hour in the evening over half a million people, according to information given by Gallic authorities. In accordance with police reports, 557.000 people have participated in the different marches convened in different cities around the country, a lower number to the one registered at the same time on June 24th in the first demonstration against the major reform supported by French President, Nicolas Sarkozy. The Labor Union assured that time, two million people left to the streets and, by the moment, they have not offered a total data for their participation in today ´s march. The demonstration in Paris was the most crowded, 80,000 participants, with the presence of the Labor Union and Party Representans Leaders of the Left, according to the police
