Moreover, in order to speed up their affiliation procedures and begin working in diverse companies, negotiations with the Mexican Social Security Institute 3 have started. The National Employment Service Director in the State, Carlos Hale Palacios, informed that is very important to have a hiring program that paves the way for disabled people in the companies. According to the statistics, a person of this kind is able to produce more than a non-disabled person. ¨Apart from being a great opportunity for disabled people, the companies that hire this kind of citizens, obtain better results in their production lines and this guarantees that are persons working in a higher agility level.
