Concert Report Guidelines Music 119, Huang Everyone will attend the Stony Brook Symphony – Saturday April 30, 8:00 PM, Staller Main Hall. For your second concert, you may choose from anything sponsored by the music department. http://naples.cc.sunysb.edu/CAS/music.nsf If you’d like to attend a non-departmental performance, clear it with me ahead of time. Grading What I’m looking for is a thoughtful, reflective paper about your experience of each concert, including topics from Music 119. You will be graded on the quality of your observations, reflection, and writing. Report Guidelines 2 pages long (double-spaced, 12-point font, normal margins). Attach the program. Due within 1 week of the concert or May 13, 2011, whichever is sooner. Take notes at intermission and right after the concert. Write your report while the performance is still fresh in your mind. Include a brief description of the content and instrumentation of the concert.
