So with that said it is safe to say that you can find most of your dietary fibers in foods that contain nuts, legumes, whole grains, vegetables and fruits. When it comes to children the daily recommendations for fiber intake is fourteen grams per every thousand calories they consume. For adults the recommended intake is ten to thirteen grams for every thousand calories they consume. By reading this article I have learned that there are two forms of dietary fiber, which would be soluble and insoluble.
