As long as you are only taking in the daily recommendations it would take you a significant amount f time to get at high levels. There are however some vitamins you can take too much of. That would be Vitamin A, B6, D, and E. With Vitamin A you could get hypervitaminosis A and it gives symptoms such as nausea, headache, appetite loss, skin changes and irregular periods. With Vitamin B6 you can get nerve damage. Vitamin d can cause issues with your calcium and phosphate levels.
