I do not actually take any vitamins right now so I decided get my results from the vitamins that my husband takes. It is Berkley & Jensen Men’s Daily multivitamins & minerals with Lycopene. It seems to me that all of the vitamins and minerals listed on the two charts are all located in this pill. This brand seems to have the topped off on the recommended levels of each specific vitamin or mineral. With that said I would say that this multivitamin is good for him to take because he is getting all the daily recommendations needed in just one pill a day. By taking this vitamin every day it gives you the benefit of all vitamins working together in your body. It will help y bodily functions, and increase my mental and physical well-being. As long as you are only taking in the daily recommendations it would take you a significant amount f time to get at high levels. There are however some vitamins you can take too much of. That would be Vitamin A, B6, D, and E. With Vitamin A you could get hypervitaminosis A and it gives symptoms such as nausea, headache, appetite loss, skin changes and irregular periods. With Vitamin B6 you can get nerve damage. Vitamin d can cause issues with your calcium and phosphate levels. This can give you issues with thirst, muscle weakness, stomach upsets, kidney stones and growth problems in children. Lastly with vitamin E can cause severe abdominal pains....
