Unformatted text preview: Well usually when I get myself all stressed out I tend to not eat. I mean I might snack on junk food which is no good or just not eat at all because I am too irritated. This can cause me to lose weight and become anorexic it could also cause my body to become malnourished. These two symptoms alone lead to all kinds of serious health issues. 4. How might I resolve this situation effectively to reduce my stress? I think the best way for me to solve all of these problems would be to maybe sit down with my boss and let them know how I am feeling. If there is anything I learned at work it is that upper management like to see when lower management seeks out help instead of trying to be an over achiever all by themselves. So I think that by asking for help or discussing the issue with my manager would actually better my chances of getting the position and at the same time help me stay stress free....
