So by inviting a group a week it will not only help management avoid issues that could escalate into bigger problems and it also allows the employees to trust in the company more because they are getting that type of respect from the managers. I used to hear employees talk all the time about how they need to find another job because upper management doesn’t care about them or their needs, but ever since we started this program of involvement the environment at work has become much more positive....
