If I were a supervisor in this position I would suggest to upper management that we choose four or five employees randomly each week and allow them to get involved with a separate team meeting with the managers. This is would prove to be very helpful because it would allow the managers to get direct voice opinions and issues that the employees have with the company. We do this at my job once a week and it has really helped because it shows the employees that they do have a voice in issues that are in the club. It would also allow the management to hear any suggestions the employees may have to help better the company. The way I see it is that management would never be able to hear the voice of the

So by inviting a group a week it will not only help management avoid issues that could escalate into bigger problems and it also allows the employees to trust in the company more because they are getting that type of respect from the managers. I used to hear employees talk all the time about how they need to find another job because upper management doesn’t care about them or their needs, but ever since we started this program of involvement the environment at work has become much more positive....
