Management Team, As you all know change is coming, and with change comes uncertainty. This uncertainty has created rumors within the organization, which are becoming problematic. As a management team, we need to decrease the uncertainty, and raise the morale of employees. We have to show our staff that this change should be seen as progress, which will lead to more opportunities for our current staff. We all need to remember there are many factors that affect the morale, and productivity of our employees. Appropriate leadership will help mitigate the issues caused by the uncertainty. A manager’s behavior can increase or decrease the morale, and productivity of his/her employees. Morale is the key to keeping our staff onboard and productive. Higher morale equals higher productivity. To increase productivity managers will have to communicate with his/her employees effectively. Our employees need assurance that they will not be terminated and that we are going to be providing training.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
