Management Plan 1. Feedback: a. Level 1 Employees i. Level one employee’s will receive immediate feedback from assigned Team Leaders. Team Leaders will provide honest performance feedback about current job performance. This feedback will be valuable for employees because it will make the employee responsible for knowing what their skills and capabilities are and what assistance they need from their supervisors. ii. Level one employee’s will receive an Annual Review that will outline their overall performance. This Annual Review will summarize and evaluate the employee’s performance over the course of the year. b. Level 2 Employees i.
