Enter the information in Column A and enter the information in B3:B5. 2. In B6, use a formula to calculate the number of payments for the loan. 3. Enter the information in B11:B22. 4. In B23, use a function to calculate TOTAL LOANS. 5. In B24, use a function to calculate MINIMUM LOANS. 6. In B25, use a function to calculate MAXIMUM LOANS. 7. In B26, use a function to calculate AVERAGE LOANS. 8. Check your answers to those above. 9. Enter the information in C2:F2. 10. Using the information in B4:B6 and C2, use the PMT function to calculate the payment amount for the 100000 home. The result should appear in C7. Make sure you use absolute cell references. 11. Copy C7 and paste to D7:F7. Check your answers to those above.

If the payment amount is less than $800, YES should appear, if not NO should appear. 13. In C11:C22, calculate the % of the Total Loans for each month. (Hint: To calculate the % of Total Loans, divide the loan amount for the month by the total loans. For example, for January: B11/B23. Remember to use an absolute cell reference for B23.) 14. In D11:D22, use the IF function to perform the following calculation for each month. If the loan amount is greater than $100,000.00 then you should multiply the loan amount * 2%. If the loan amount if not greater than $100,000.00 then nothing should appear in the cell. 15. Align text appropriately, apply shading, apply borders, merge and center text as noted above....
