EDP369K March 4, 2010 “People Avoid Me Because…” I would like to believe that no one avoids me because I try to be at least civil to everyone I meet, but I realize that it is impossible to have everyone like you. It can’t be possible because everyone has their best friends and lovers, and because of that they must have people they dislike and their enemies. People look to me for advice on predictions, random facts about athletes and general sports knowledge, which probably means that some people would dislike me for these same things. I am a very opinionated person and I have no fear to express my thoughts on a situation whether they are definitively asked for or not. This could be a negative to certain people who aren’t used to my personality type, but it is just how I am. Other people could also perceive me as being arrogant because I would like to

While I certainly admit I have flaws and that I don’t always treat people the way I want to be treated, a high self-esteem and outward confidence that goes along with that attracts a certain kind of person. The people I want to be around are people that have that and can respect/live with others who act that way, and it is easy to see that people who aren’t like that would not approve. At this point in my life, I have realized that I can’t please everyone. I do my best to remain civil with people and I try to have a business courtesy with everyone I meet, but as I said earlier it’s impossible to please everyone. Once I realized that, I think I have become a more stable individual and I like how I have turned out....
