MEMO To: Dr. Arnett From: Jeremy Debruce Date: April 20, 2011 Re:  Formal Proposal Problems The purpose of this memo is to explain the problem and issues encountered while  working on a group Formal Proposal. I encountered multiple problems while working on this proposal. As a group we had  to come together as one and decide on how we wanted to go about things. Instead  of creating a entire new software we decide to just upgrade the one already in place.  So together we brained stormed and wrote down the more appropriate ideas. This  made me think more creatively and outside the box on things. I thought of things  were just right for the project and some that were more complex, but my teammates  helped me to choose the appropriate ideas. For instance I couldn’t decide whether to  install new printers everywhere or to just add printers around campus to the network.
