What is an inclusive setting? Jorgensen(1998) defined inclusion as the membership and full participation of individuals with disabilities in naturally occurring activities at home, at school, at work, and in the community. Collaboration with friends/family is critical to the development/implementation of a student’s educational program. Collaboration with friends/family allow school personnel to(1)identify environments, activities, skills that are meaningful in student’s everyday life (2) facilitate broadening of student’s natural support system.
