Olaoluwa 1 Cynthia Olaoluwa Professor Bradford English 1101 8 September 2010 “My major is political science; I believe this is the best major to prepare me for law school,” Erin stated with certainty. Erin’s’ seriousness quickly turned into gear when we continued on the topic of law. His face became determined and certainty was easily portrayed in his eyes. He fixed his white shirt and comfortably sat up straight as we continued the interview. “What are your career goals,” I asked with interest. “I want to be a general practitioner,” he said with certainty. He quickly changed his statement and stated that he was going to be a general practitioner rather than he wanted to be, showing confidence and assurance.
