Extra Credit Questions (#2) Due Dec. 17.   Please put a printed copy in my Redcay mailbox.   Work with up to one other  person, in which case hand in one copy with two names.  If it is determined that  more than one submitted the same copy, no one receives credit.  There is no  partial credit for individual answers.  This can add up to three points on the final  grade.  No extended times. Note : Probabilities should all be stated in decimal equivalents to 4 decimal places, such as .2312  (which is 23.12%).  All other answers should be just 3 significant digits. Assuming the ‘normal’ probability distribution: 1. Given that X0 is 3 standard deviations below the mean, and the µ = 100, and the   = 20, what σ   is the value of X0? 2. Given that the value of X0 = 125, the µ = 100, and 125 is 1.5 standard deviations above the  mean, what must be the value of  ? σ
