The Official Language Movement has a big impact United States being a bilingual country. As of today we still don’t have an official language that people have to know in order to reside in this country. There are some that agree and others that disagree about having a bilingual policy in place. A great website that presents information about the Official Language Movement is www.usconstitution.net . According to www.usconstitution.net , www.immigrantsforamerica.com is pulling for an English-only policy“. If you look on that website they have many sites where you can learn to speak English. Another site promoting the English-only policy is www.us-english.org and they have information about the Official Language Movement on their website. US English was founded in 1893 and has over 1.8 million members involved. If there were a vote this would make a large difference in the decision.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
