The Nature of Knowledge Tacit-Codifiable – Refers to the degree that  knowledge is unambiguous, observable,  undisputable  Tacit knowledge requires a context to be understood Tacit knowledge is “sticky” and difficult to transfer May not know what is actually known (it is tacitly known)
