MEMO To: Dr. Arnett From: Jeremy Debruce Date: February 21, 2011 Re:  Technical Letter Problems The purpose of this memo is to explain the problem and issues encountered while  doing my Technical Description. The Technical Description was written to describe an object to an audience that has  never seen the object or knows what it is used for. In doing so, I explained the use of  the device and gave a description. I called out certain parts on the device so the  audience could see what I was explaining. For instances, the end of the Caliper was  marked with a certain size and a labeled with specific city so I pointed it out. Also, I  called out the male and female photos on the tool. Last but not least I pointed out the  space where you would put the shell and take the measurement. With the audience not being familiar with the tool at all, I encountered a few ethical
