Checkpoint: Three Day Diet Analysis When it comes to the recommendations of the food guide pyramid I fell short of meeting the proper recommendations of each food group. I consumed food form every group but one, I also need to make sure that it is more balanced and not so one sided when choosing meals that meet the food group requirements. I have been meaning to get back into a exercise and eating nutrient program so that I can shed some of these extra unwanted pounds. First thing to do is to modify my diet to healthier choices and make meal more balanced with the food pyramid. Focusing more on fruits and vegetables and less on dairy and grains will help to get those recommended servings. Things like nuts, berries, yogurt, fish, chicken, whole grain, and water
