Brian Page 2 6/21/2011 Abstract Using the job analysis from Module 3 Assignment 2 I will write a paragraph about the six main KSAOs in reference to employment at-will, adverse impact, and affirmative action. I will then answer the following essay question: If an employee does not currently posses these KSAOs, what training will be implemented to ensure the employee has what they need to be successful in their current role within the organization? I will then identify the appropriate training method to use for employees in this position.
