Brian Page 2 6/21/2011 Abstract I will outline the three main performance dimensions on my performance evaluation which are measured for marketing, inventory/cash flow management, and employee management. I will then use these three areas of performance to give examples of these scales: a) a graphic rating form, b) a mixed-standard scale, and c) a behaviorally- anchored rating scale (BARS).
