1. Introverted/Extroverted I personally prefer to interact with other people. I feel that it serves two purposes for me. The first is to make the time seem to go by faster. The second is that I actually enjoy the interaction with other people. I am currently a night club manager, and I spend most nights walking the premises interacting with the customers and employees. Any management or supervisory job would fit this type of influence. These individuals would excel with this attitude. 2. Leader/Follower I always want the responsibility to be in charge. I enjoy the challenges involved with this position more than as a follower. I am a natural decision maker, and feel compelled to make as many as I can where work is involved. Ever since I attained my first supervisory type job I have tried to remain in charge with every job since then. I also despise having incompetent supervisors, so this is
