I made two mistakes in my lecture on Servlets last week (Week 3). These are the corrections for those 1. response.sendRedirect(resourceName) This call has the effect of a HTTP 301 redirect response from the server. The call sends a message back to the browser to send a request to resourceName instead. This changes the URL in the browsers URL field to reflect the new location. In

RequestDispatcher.forward() In the lecture notes, it's mentioned that the forward call changes the URL to the called servlet/JSP. That's wrong. The URL path remains that of the original servlet....
