Survey Paper 2 Survey Paper Working at a customer call center can have many advantages as well as disadvantages. The disadvantages that occur are merely problems that can happen with employees or with the customers that are being reached. In this case, the business problem is within the walls of a Donor Outreach Call Center that is run by a widely popular blood bank known as United Blood Services. The survey that follows these paragraphs is based on past employees’ experience in working with the company. The survey will help Human Resources establish a better concept on how to delegate the problems and or concerns that are replied by past employees. They will be able to narrow down how the suggestions, comments, problems and concerns will be handled and if further action needs to be taken. The questions in the survey are brief but will be able to point out problems employees had with the company or fellow coworkers. The survey is asking if any problems were taken care of and the employee is asked to explain the situation so that Human Resources can investigate further. Based on the number of employees that continue to come and go, this survey will help
