London Court of International Arbitration Big Pumpin Corporation Cause no. LO-98-65626-54566 Plaintiff, vs. Answer WJCW DRILLING, INC., Defendant. Defendant WJCW Drilling, Inc. hereby respond to Plaintiff's Complaint and deny the allegations asserted by the Plaintiff and any liability to the Plaintiff because it has not violated any laws or regulations. Defendant denies each and every allegation of the Plaintiff's Complaint not expressly admitted to herein. AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES As and for its affirmative defenses, Defendant affirmatively asserts, as follows; A. The complaint sets forth facts sufficient for Big Pumpin Corporation to state a claim upon which relief may be granted against WJCW, however these facts are clearly related to the contractual obligations that have not been fulfilled in a timely manner sufficient to entitle Plaintiff to the relief sought, or to any other relief whatsoever, from Defendant; After the timely completion of Big Pumpin Corporation’s (Page 1)
