You will generate control words for given microoperations and interpret some control words that are given to you. All of this lab will be done on paper - there are no circuits to design or simulations to do on the EWS machines. 2 The Datapath 2 The Datapath 2 The Datapath 2 The Datapath All of the diagrams and tables that you will need for this lab are in the LC-3 appendices, available on line at (there are underscore characters in the html file name, not spaces): http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/sites/0072467509/student_view0/appendices_a__b__c__d____e.html Specifically, Figures C.3 and C.6 in Appendix C will be of most use to you, since it shows what each of the signals in the control word do. As well, since the MUX labels aren't given to you in these diagrams, Table 1 below gives the encodings for the control signals. Your assignment for this lab is to answer questions about the control words for the LC-3's datapath. When answering questions, use the control word format given inthe control words for the LC-3's datapath....

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
