The benefit relations of different regions and different government departments are very complex. Once pollution occurs, they will pass the buck and the problem won't be solved in a proper way. Reduce the waste water It is feasible for us to optimize industrial structure, improve industry overall quality. In the upstream, the high polluting enterprises should be restricted. It is necessary for us to set a policy which mainly focus on the development of zero emissions pollution-free enterprise. 6/21/11 Illegal sand excavation illegal sand excavation influenced a lot on the safety of dam and safety of vessel traffic.
