Creating a Documentation Sheet Step-by-Step Instructions STEP 1: Move a blank worksheet so that it is the first sheet in the workbook. A. Locate the Sheet tabs at the bottom of the workbook. B. Click on a blank worksheet and drag it until it is in front of Sheet1. STEP 2: Rename the Sheet so that it is called Documentation: A. Right click on the first sheet in the workbook. Select Rename: B. The title will be selected. Type the new worksheet title:

STEP 3: Add and format the title. A. Type the title into the first row of the spreadsheet. B. Select the Title Text. From the Font Group, select the Increase Font Size command and make the title Bold C. If needed, from the Alignment group, select the Merge & Center command so that the title is merged and centered in cells A1 through G1. D. From the Font Group, select a dark gray background: E. From the Font Group, select the Font Color command and choose white lettering:
