1. What is FCS ? FCS is Fluorescence/Fluctuation Correlation Spectroscopy Suggested 1972, and Renaissance 1990s FCS calculates a correlation function from time dependant intensity fluctuation of dye molecules by confocal microscopy on a single molecule level .
