Argon laser with excitation of 476nm was used for excitation of the membrane label (DiO) and Green Neon laser with 543nm wavelength was used for exciting the quantum dots (Biotin-EGF labeled receptor, linked to Streptavidin-Qdots) The emission wavelengths ranged for Dapi, DiO, and Qdot were 410 - 480nm, 500 - 535nm, and 557 - 681nm, respectively.
