MEMORANDUM DATE: February 1, 2011 TO: Dr. Loescher FROM: Quinn Romasko SUBJECT: Leadership Development Plan This memo is a proposal of plans to improve my leadership skills. I will focus on my strengths as identified by Strengths Finder 2.0. The following plan will build on restorative, focus and input strengths: Meet two SMART goals to develop my “restorative” and “focus” strengths Actively organize and assist my fraternity’s pledgeship Redirect my input and focus talents into a functional skill Converse with my mentor, Brigadier General John Walsh bi-monthly for advice and guidance After completing the StrengthsFinder Test, I decided to develop my restorative, focus and input strengths using three smart goals. 1. By March 3, I will score top quarter of my cadet class according to peer evaluation. I will attend ALL informal cadet meetings which occur about 6 times per week. I will spend at least fifteen minutes before each to prepare. When
