Jennica Abbygale T. Inovejas 12240 R E C I P E C A R D Recipe Name: Bread Rolls Key Ingredient: Flour Key Skills: Kneading Preparation Time: 2 hr and 30 mins. Cooking Time: 20 mins. Equipment Needs: Bowl and baking tray Yield: 2 Quantity 175g Bakers flour 3g Salt 25ml Oil 100ml Lukewarm water 2g Dry yeast Extra Flour to dust Method Preparation Steps 1 In a mixer bowl, Combine the dry ingredients: flour and make a well. Add salt on the side and dry yeast on the other side of the bowl. 2 Combine water and oil together then add to dry ingredients. 3 Turn on mixer to medium speed and start mixing slowly. If more water is required (add to adjust). Run the mixer for around 4 minutes. 4 Increase the mixer speed to high and mix for further 3 - 4 minutes until the gluten is developed. (A slapping sound will be heard, and a window check could be done). 5 Place dough covered in a lightly oiled bowl. Leave for proving 1 hour or until dough doubles in size. 6 Preheat oven to 220°C. Punch centre of dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface; Divide dough into 50g portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Place on lightly floured oven tray, covered with an oiled glad wrap to avoid drying.
