Monts Federico Perez February 20, 2010 Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Introduction Winning, thats the force that keeps us all working and moving forward, but what is winning in reality? This is one of the many questions that Jack Welch tries to answer in his book, and why is winning so great not only for individuals but for societies as a whole. In the introduction of his book Welch mentions the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility and the integration of Government and business in order to create a better country for everyone in it, without a doubt Welch shares Adam Smiths Invisible Hand theory.
