Key Performance Indicator (KPI):  A criterion used to determine the degree to which an outcome is achieved. Conflict Management Approaches: Confrontation - Project managers directly face a conflict using a problem-solving approach that allows affected  parties to work through their disagreements. It is best used when both the task and the relationship are of high  importance. Comprise-  Project managers use a give-and-take approach to resolve conflicts, bargaining and searching for  solutions that will bring some degree of satisfaction to all parties. Best used when both tasks and relationship are of  medium importance. Smoothing-  Project managers deemphasize or avoids areas of difference and emphasizes area of agreement. Best  used when the relationship is of high importance and task of low importance. Forcing-
