ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS PHILIPPINES, INC. (formerly: The Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc. Philippine Chapter) KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: The undersigned incorporators, all of legal age and majority of whom are residents of the Republic of the Philippines, have this day voluntarily agreed to form a non - stock and non – profit association under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. (As amended on February 19, 2007) AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY: FIRST: That the name of said association shall be: INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS PHILIPPINES, INC.
