These companies claim they simply cannot find enough qualified employees in the United States to do certain technology jobs. Do you agree with this assessment? Why or why not? The question of whether there are enough qualified employees, from a business perspective, relates to the question of supply and demand. The most straightforward view would be that a certain number of IT personnel are required to complete a business requirement, and then the question would be whether the right number of personnel are available at an acceptable price. In this view, if you replace the phrase 'IT personnel' with the term 'cement', then the question is whether there is a sufficient quantity of cement available at an acceptable price. Obviously, there are still questions of quality and timely delivery that would need to be dealt with, but the principle is sound. available at an acceptable price....
