Unit 5 Discussion Points Possible: 15 Due Date: Thursday, June 30 Part 1 - Contracts in Real Life The next several chapters deal with contracts. 1. Share with us a time you actually signed a real contract. Maybe you bought a house and signed a mortgage or maybe you remember signing the purchase agreement. If not something that major, maybe you signed a contract to purchase a car or, perhaps more memorable, a loan agreement at the bank to pay for the car! Of course, you certainly have signed a cell phone agreement or probably a cable or satellite TV contract. Certainly credit cards are contract agreements. The list is almost endless. I signed a contract for my job on ISU Dining two years before. I was very excited about it. This if my first offical job. But, right, those endless forms were really almost freak me out. But, you know, for the income, it was worth for hard working on it. 2. Did you understand the agreement you signed or did you just the agreement without understanding it?

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
