By using electronic data storage and portable media such as a laptop with discs, flash drives and external hard drives. Most courtrooms now provide technology equipment for shared use. 2. How can graphics be used in the trial? Microsoft office has programs such as smart draw, power point and excel that can be configured for use in any trial. They can also be used to create slides for overhead projectors. 3. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the different trial graphics options, in software cost and in time for preparation? Explain using specific software costs. The advantages of trial graphics is that the legal team can create their own graphics. They don’t need outside assistance from consultants or artists.
