- The nurse/doctor has to investigate the child, but because the child is still very young (baby)  and can not understand her, she has to interact with the child and tries to comfort the child, by  playing with the child with a little toy. So the message is transported by signals - The message signal passes through the tactile channel.  The nurse/doctor has to touch the  child a lot the get her attention, in this way she communicates with the child. - The speaker the nurse/doctor and the listener the child have different meaning systems. The
