Span Systems and Citizen-Schwarz contract Revisions 2 Abstract It is important to discuss the legal ramifications that arise in the simulation between Span Systems and Citizen-Schwarz AG(C-S). The simulation brought out some concerns surrounding the timeliness of completing projects. In the simulation, Leon Ther, discussed immediate rescission of the contract and retrieving all incomplete project codes. Mr. Ther was also concerned with Span Systems quality of the completed product being produced. The original contract stated that Span Systems keep over 940 function points and currently they are at 1015 function points. Span systems are meeting the function point objective, but the increased function point is causing schedule completion time to fall behind. This is causing a great strain on the allotted budget based on the proposed demand for 940 function points within a two day schedule objective.
