Abstract Kathy Kudler first opened Kudler Fine Foods in San Diego on June 1998. Kudler Fine Foods is a fine neighborhood grocery store and now has several different locations; La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Their store management team is now interested in integrating technology into their business to effectively meet their business and accounting operation needs. Our accounting firm has been hired to assist Kudler Fine Foods with their accounting and information technology systems. This brief will concentrate on their key business and accounting information needs, the strength of their current computer system including the hardware and software, describe their opportunities of improving their technology use, analyze current threats their computer systems, and offer suggestions of technology usage to better their business operation. 2

We analyze their key business and accounting, information needs and their strengths and weaknesses of their current hardware and software.
