Kyle Daly Ilab week4 CIS 246 All screen shots are after the directions. Group Policy in Windows Server 2003 Once users are added, we want to be able to see the benefits of centralized control. In this lab, we standardize the password policy by requiring a minimum length of eight characters and change other policy parameters. We configure Account Lockout so after two logon attempts, the user’s account is locked, preventing access until it is unlocked. Another important topic is data security. Often users put important business information in My Documents. We will configure a centralized location for My Documents that is synchronized when the user logs on and logs off. This offers two benefits. The first is that all of the users’ data is in a central location to be backed up. Second, if the user logs on from another computer, the user will still have full access to My Documents. DELIVERABLES: Insert the four screen-shots as described below.
