Dear Sir/Ma’am- It has been brought to my attention that the water that we are advertising in this new campaign is contaminated. While I would love to pretend that this is not a problem the obvious situation is that it is. I do not want to see the company in any more financial array, however if we are dishonest about it and try to keep it under wraps and get caught we will spend way more in lawsuits for false advertisement. I am proposing that we recall the 120,000 bottles of water and send out a notice that states there is no harm, but we do not want to appear unethical to the public eye. I also think that we are doing ourselves a favor by doing so.

We need to make a statement to the news and let them know the mishap but since we are about the customer we want to make sure that they understand that this problem has already been corrected and we are moving forward toward keeping them healthy and happy!
