CLUB’S IT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS Club IT is a modern nightclub that promises to be very perspective and profitable business model; with its supportive physical and information resources, dynamic appearance, and good organizational systems it simultaneously striving to accomplish club’s mission. However, practically as in any other business Club IT has certain areas to improve and develop, including informational resources, customer relations, and supply chain that require systematic analysis of its information technology status with needed agile development implementation. According to informational appendix ‘About Club IT’ Ruben and Lisa are the owners of this relatively new business model, which combines nightclub, snack bar, and dance area (Appendix C). In view of the fact that both partners are experienced musicians with the degree in Business Administration, they have rich knowledge about how to survive and grow in music business area and how to run the business successfully, addressing straight position and clear vision to their employees and customers. provides the information that after remodeling club the environment gained an atmosphere of ‘fun and liveliness’ enriched with live music and DJ scheduled on a certain days and time every week. The variety of popular music styles, beginning from hip-hop and ending with electronic targets wide public with an accent on modern younger generation and other people who live active life. In addition to physical resources Club IT has organized outstanding staff, which consists of 19 people (beside clubs owners Ruben and Lisa). Each team member is encouraged to participate in events and entertainment activities according to his or her talents, in which special note should be given to Mari Marino who is on of the most aspiring and requested singers in club (John The club’s mission is to offer services that would fulfill dynamic lifestyles with enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The other important goal is making each customer special so that he or she would consider Club IT as a friendly community and the first place to visit for socializing and entertaining (John Willey & Sons, 2006). Short term goals are to improve customer relations and satisfaction with implementing new information systems such as 2

Additional basic service that is currently unavailable is Wi-Fi Internet access; so this uncomplicated addition with improved online options and capabilities will make significant progress on services overall.
