Answer the following questions: 1) Identify and describe a stressor in your life related to time management. A stressor in my life that relates to time management is balancing studying for school, looking for a job, keeping up with household work, and fitting in time for outside activities. I think it is harder when you are single and living on your own because you do not have a family member to delegate chores to; everything rests on your shoulders. 2) Describe 3 techniques you could use to cope with this stress. Technique 1: Prioritize My Tasks Make daily “to do” lists, and try sticking to them. Categorize the things I must do for that day, the things that I have to do but not immediately, and the things that it would be nice to do.
