Health is the ever-changing process of achieving individual potential in the physical, social, intellectual, emotional, environmental, and spiritual dimensions. Wellness is the achievement of the highest level of health possible in each dimension. Some important elements of health and wellness are: Physical Health this includes characteristics such as body size and shape, sensory acuity and responsiveness, susceptibility to disease and disorders, body functioning, physical fitness, recuperative abilities, and our ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
