Wk 3 DQ 2, Due Thursday, March 25 th What is your favorite fast food meal? Access the website of your favorite fast food restaurant and estimate your caloric intake based on what you would order. Are there options available that might be more sensible for a healthy weight management plan? One of my favorite fast food meals comes from Wendy’s. I usually order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich minus tomato meal (large size) with French Fries, and a Diet Coke. The calorie intake for this meal is 880 calories.
